After applying the nail polish, gently spread the glitter onto the surface of the nail when it is not dry, and then apply a transparent bright oil.
Before the last layer of powder, use a small cotton swab dipped in the glitter. Gently press it onto the crystal arm, then apply the last layer of clear crystal powder (same method for phototherapy).
